Masked Rider - Season 1 Episode 7 - Mayor Madness

Eliza saw Belle in the ground and she got dressed to check on her, as she got to the garden she saw that the back of Belle's head was glowing with a dull red light. She took her to the bed.

"Damn it..." she muttered, laying Belle down.

Eliza summoned some vines to take the chip out of Belle.

"Gotta be careful here..."

The vines felt their way inside Belle's head and slowly pulled the chip out her mouth.

"Gotcha!"

Eliza grabbed the chip and crushed it in her hands. She put a hand on Belle's head and focused her healing powers.

"Don't die, please don't die..."

"Eliza...? What happened...?" Belle asked as she woke up.

"It was Shocker. They... You had a chip inside you and I pulled it out with my powers. I hope you're okay."

"Thanks, I hope they didn't do anything to my mind." Belle said disorientated. "I gotta sleep, my head's killing me. Goodnight Eliza."

Eliza left Belle to sleep in peace. She went to couch and called Justin/Rider X.

"X, I'm gonna need you to do a little something for me..."

"Alright... what you got for me?" he replied.

"It's this little suspicion I've had..."

After a couple minutes of talking Eliza disconnected. She headed to Belle's room and lay down next to her.

"Don't worry. We'll sort this out."

Eliza hugged Belle. As she slept, she emitted a glow from her chest, healing Belle in their sleep.

Belle dreamed about a demonic version of herself killing all the Riders as the mayor stood there laughing. In reality, Belle was screaming and turning in her sleep, and Eliza was shocked by the intensity of the night terrors Belle was having.

"Belle! Calm down! Come on, wake up!"

Eliza tried to wake up Belle. She woke up startled, and grabbed Eliza by the throat with a deadly stare. Her grip was strong, and she was actually hurting Eliza.

"Belle please stop..."

Then Belle passed out and her grip relaxed. Eliza began to cough.

"Oh my god, Belle..."

Eliza stayed awake all night.

"I hope this happens only once.."

When Belle finally woke up, she saw that she was covered in sweat and her heart was racing. She saw Eliza, with red marks in the shape of hand prints on her neck.

"Did I do that?!" Belle said with tears in her eyes.Eliza hesitated, before saying;

"...Yes"

Eliza and Belle hugged each other, crying.

"I checked your blood..." Eliza said through the sobs. "The effects are only temporary so don't worry. In about an hour it will be gone from your system."

They both continued to cry in each other's arms.

"I'm going to take down the mayor... no more doubts or questions about it." Belle muttered as she got out of bed and pulls the vines off the chest where the gauntlets where. She slid them over her hands.

"But Belle, don't."

Eliza tried to take the gauntlets off Belle but she pushed her aside.

"I'm sorry, your love for me wasn't worth it. I'm just doing what needs to be done." Belle said to Eliza, climbing into the car, and drove away from the safe house.

The mayor looked up from his book just in time to see the wall explode inwards, as a car smashed through the brickwork. He just had time to recognize Belle behind the wheel, when a blinding light shot from her palms and pierced through the nearest trooper. He screamed, a hole burnt through his abdomen, and collapsed. His gun skittered across the floor towards the mayor. He dived for it, whilst Belle's killing light shot over his head and hit another trooper. He fell forwards, and Belle threw a devastating uppercut that split his nose open like a rotting watermelon. The mayor scrambled behind an overturned table, and checked the gun's ammo clip. He smiled, counting out around thirty bullets, and rammed the clip back into the gun. He carefully leaned over the tabletop, aimed the rifle at Belle, and squeezed the trigger. Belle staggered back and hissed in pain as a bullet clipped her shoulder, but fired a beam of light at the mayor. It cut a groove through the table and melted his gun. The mayor panicked, and ran for his life.

Eliza climbed on her bike, morphing into ZO, and called X. He got on his bike.

"X, do you read me?"

X was on the road, heading to the mayor's house.

"Yes? What's wrong ZO?"

"Hurry to the target's house now!"

"What why?"

"Belle is there. She's lost it, she's gonna die."

"On my way. Just point me at the bad guys, ZO."

"This is for my father!" Belle yelled, firing more light beams at the dodging mayor.

"You fell for my trap." the mayor laughed. "I gave you a chemical that increased your adrenaline levels and made you angry. I knew it would bring you here where I will finally get to kill you in my monster form."

"Don't bet on it!" Belle shouted angrily, aiming another barrage of light beams at him.

As Belle and the mayor fought, ZO and X arrived at the mansion.

"What the hell's going on, ZO?" Yelled X over the gunfire.

"Geist made a trap for Belle - he knew we would take the gauntlets and the helmet, he had it all planned. We walked right into his trap."

"Shit... we gotta hurry and get her outta there."

As they tried to enter the mansion, troopers ran out to surround them.

"Like all times."

"Yep."

The two fought the troopers.

As Belle and the mayor battled, both ZO and X arrived at the mansion

"What's going on?"

Suddenly, Belle's helmet and gauntlets fell off. She still felt the effects of the drug from Shocker's chip and thus she couldn't hold any of her anger back from him. Imagine the rage of this abused boxer's daughter and the amount of rage she would have buried in herself. None of her punches even hurt the skeleton of the mayor and all Belle's punches were breaking her fists.

"What happened to my mother?!"

"She refused to join us and went into hiding. We took her life and the literal life from your father, my dear." he replied as his punch sent Belle flying into the wall.

Belle got back up and carried on punching the mayor. He grabbed Belle's hand and began to squeeze, crushing it.

"You really thought you could stop me? You're nothing but a girl with daddy issues."

He kicked Belle to the floor.

"I've wanted to do this for so long..."

Matthews began to beat Belle.

"If you think you that you'll destroy us all by yourself... Sorry darling, this ain't that kind of story."

As Matthews punched Belle, ZO and X continued to fight the troopers until - making their way to the main hall - they encountered a hybrid Shocker beast - half human, and half tiger.

"What the hell is that?!?" yelled X.

"I don't know... But we need to put it down."

X grinned. "You're talking my language now!"

The beast charged at them, and - as they charged to fight it - Matthews continued beating Belle.

"You think you can just put a suit on and consider yourself a hero? Now that is just stupid. I'd expected anyone who'd fought Shocker to be smarter than that."

Matthews threw Belle to the floor. She spotted the gauntlets and she put them on but they just didn't want to work.

"Oh silly girl... those things are prototypes, you know. I'm surprised that they lasted as long as they did. Now you'll die just like your father."

Belle got angry and tried to charge him but Matthews grabbed her by the neck and lifted her up.

"You know, it takes more to be a fighter than courage and strength. You need brains too. Yet you're stupid - you abandon your friends and think you can stop me alone. Well.. I'll make this quick." he said, beginning to strangle Belle. "You think I'm human as well, don't you? You stupid woman."

He ripped off his mask to reveal a monstrous face.

"I'm Apollo!"

"I can't disagree with you." Belle said, before pulling an explosive arrow from her quiver and activating it as Apollo held her by the throat. Due to the effects of the drug, it didn't kill her yet sent both the mayor and herself to opposite sides of the room in a massive explosion. Belle was unconscious and Apollo was bruised badly like herself yet he remained conscious.

Apollo gets up and walk slowly to Belle's body with a limp.

"I'm....gonna....kill.... you....you bitch."

He put on his mask, activating its healing properties, but the door behind him exploded opens to ZO and X covered in blood. X threw the hybrid's head to Apollo's feet.

"Guess that was a fluke, huh? I've had a harder time breaking eggs to cook breakfast."

Apollo picked up his sword and shield, but X continued.

"Like it or not, Apollo, this ends now. ZO, get Belle get out of here, quickly."

"But Justin-"

"NOW! While you still can!"

ZO picked up Belle's body and left.

"Why are you doing this Matthew?"

"Because we were given a gift by Shocker"

"I never wanted to become this."

"Oh, I know. But I, for one, enjoy the power."

"Your'e sick!"

"I'm sick! you use your gift to wage a war against your own blood""You were my brother."

"As you were mine."

X waited a bit before continuing.

"It's like I don't even know you now."

The two began to fight as ZO left with Belle in her bike.

"I'm sorry, Eliza..." Belle muttered as the drugs started to wear off and her mind cleared.

ZO stopped the bike and carried Belle to the sofa, reverting back to Eliza.

"Did you mean that?" said Eliza with a disappointed face. "'Cos I showed my feelings towards you - I showed you my past. I showed everything about me to you. Do you really love me?" Eliza started to cry

"I guess I can't entirely blame the mayor for the anger drug. I feel like I have the devil in me...christ, I should've never mind melded the shit in my head with you. Despite you're circumstances and your situation, you remain one of the kindest and warmest people I know. I've only got darker on the inside." Belle said crying as her skin gained cuts and scrapes that were previously not there due to the drugs regenerative powers. She lay on the couch in the most pain she had ever felt.

"Well... thank you Belle, that cheers me up a little."

Eliza saw the damage she sustained from Apollo starting to appear.

"Oh god Belle..." she said, watching the horrendous gashes slowly spread across her friend's skin.

"Don't... don't heal me." gasped Belle. "I hurt you, I deserve this. I want to feel the pain I caused to you."

"Belle!"

As the pain calmed down, Belle asked Eliza to bring her to the bed. Eliza then carried Belle to the bed.

"Eliza, you're so much better than myself. You should leave me and not allow yourself to get hurt by me. I'm cursed to bring misery to the ones I love like my father or even Matt because he just disappeared on a mission. Just go and be happy.".

"No I won't leave you, you make my life so much more meaningful. I lived for so long that I lost meaning in life and when I'm with you I have purpose. You gotta beat it outta of you Belle. You might not be strong physically but you're strong both mentally and spiritually."

"Just hold me..." Belle begged Eliza to do so. Belle felt cold, tired and just about as shitty as anyone could feel. A little part of her welcomed death...

Eliza, crying, held Belle in her arms.

"Please don't die, Belle" she sobbed quietly as she held Belle.

Belle closed her eyes and fell fast asleep. She dreamed about Eliza, and how she would've liked a chance to spend a lifetime with her...but she had something in her that craved blood.

Eliza decided to sleep with Belle in her arms but she made sure to keep Belle safe so she wrapped them both up in vines to keep Belle from harming herself.

While sleeping, Eliza coudn't help but hold Belle tightly, she didn't ever want to let go.

Belle woke up to her ribcage hurting like hell as well as her bruised head. Cuts were all overher body and she had almost lost her will to live. The sun was coming in through the window yet it didn't matter to Belle. She hated herself so very much...people would be better off without her there. She knew it.

"I didn't want to see the morning..."As Eliza woke up she saw Belle sad.

"Hey, how are doing sleepyhead?"

said Eliza, trying to cheer Belle up.

"How do you feel? Are you alright? I can heal you if you want."

said Eliza, talking to Belle like a caretaker.

"I deserve this..." Belle yelped in pain again as her mind was aching like hell and all her other injuries were beyond fixing with powers due to Apollo's engineering. It would take time and endurance. He made the aftereffects of the drug so painful that it would drive the best of people insane.

"Eliza, I'm sorry..."

''I forgive you Belle, you don't deserve this if we didn't make you feel useless'' said Eliza, crying.

Belle kissed Eliza, without holding back.

Eliza and Belle continued to kiss with real passion and love.

Belle and Eliza spent nearly a whole day hugging each other. By nightfall, Belle was still surrounded by vines to keep her from harming herself and Eliza was still unsure how much of her self-hatred had truly left her, but she needed to check on the other Riders as Matt was bound to be returning soon.

"Where are you going?" asked Belle in a groggy manner.

''My job. Look Belle,'' - Eliza began to tear up - ''I want to stay here with you but if Matt knows that I'm doing all of this...'' Eliza began to pack up her bags. ''I love you.''

"Please, don't go. We mind-melded...and I think that I wouldn't know who I am without in just the same way as I wouldn't with Matt. Please, let's not leave each other in this way. If you must go, can we do something before you go? Find a McDonald's or something and look up at the stars from your car?" Belle asked.

Eliza set the bags to the floor.

"Fine, we'll hang out tonight. Maybe I can ask Matt to be your 'bodyguard' when he's back, but promise me you'll have a look at those Rider files."said Eliza, pointing to Belle.

"Thank you, I hope that you do stay. I'll have a quick look right now on the rider files." Belle replied as she loaded them up on the computer.

As Belle booted up the computer Eliza went to the bathroom.

"Maybe Belle likes them big?" 

Eliza put her hands on her breasts and they grew to D cups. Then she held her hands over her butt and made it grow. She looked at herself in the mirror.

"Maybe they could work, but the butt... nah."

She reverted her body to normal, and headed back to find Belle again.
